One of the most significant projects for Fratubi was the collaboration with the Indian company M/S Cadillac Filters PVT. LTD to produce a filter for CERN in Geneva. This initiative put our technical and management skills to the test, requiring mediation between different design methodologies and the integration of Indian engineering know-how with our experience in managing production processes.
We coordinated the entire project, selecting the most suitable suppliers for the transport, painting, carpentry and assembly phases, creating a business network that guaranteed the success of the initiative. Despite cultural differences and technical challenges, we transformed initial non-detailed drawings into a functional and complex structure, delivered with precision to CERN respecting deadlines and specifications.
