Products are available for retail selling, but we can also meet more complex supply requirements. In addition, and in order to provide a complete service, we can also supply honeycomb composition pvc to complete any prefabricated building needs.
SHEET METAL FOR COVERING
This particular division has undergone further growth thanks to research and development aimed at increasing the use of carbon steel in civil and industrial structures and it has been expanded with the production of structural corrugated sheet metal for floor slabs. This type of sheet metal is called “collaborating” because a lightened concrete casting is always applied on top for the usual installation of floors, systems and floors. Thanks to the bas-relief carvings on the corrugated sheer metal, the casting adheres to the metal sheet, creating a single, light body with the same elasticity as the elevated structures if made of iron. They are perfect to be used in earthquake zones and areas where there is strong thermal expansion. Available in S250GD and S280GD types and with thicknesses from 5/10 mm to 150/10 mm
Thanks to its wavy outline, corrugated sheet metal is resistant to bending stresses. Although it is very thin, its shape provides good rigidity and provides a low-cost solution for applications in the field of roofing and cladding construction.
Available in thicknesses from 4/10 and above, with widths of 900 and commercial lengths. Upon request, we also provide products customized to client’s requirements.
We have a wide range of fixings for prefabricated metal roofs and façades on iron and timber frames.
Roof shingles are also available in corrugated sheet metal, which can be adjusted to the required roof pitch. To complete, we can also provide flashings of the required standard shapes.
For tinsmiths, we offer galvanized or galvanized and pre-painted sheet metal in coils or strips, with PVC protection upon request. To complete the range, we also provide coils and strips in pre-coated natural aluminium in the colours required by the customer. The latest innovation is pre-coated sheet metal with laser printing, available in different types and colours.
INSULATED PANELS
Available in all formats and thicknesses. Additionally, it is also possible to request customized panels with lengths as requested by the client. Nowadays, thanks to the evolution of insulated panels, it is possible to provide sheet metal with an additional external finish including pre-painting and galvanisation, and also pre-painted aluminium, copper, fake roof tiles (also antiqued) and mixed alloys such as aluzinc or coverib.
